Description

This open workshop invites everyone to engage in handcrafting activities such as knitting, sewing, crochet, lace-making, or crafting, with no formal instruction but plenty of help available. Originally social activities, handcrafting was once a way to exchange news and tips among friends and family. Today, it offers a social and educational experience, especially for newcomers, those learning German, or anyone seeking community. The museum provides a cozy setting with comfortable seating, while participants bring their own materials. Children are welcome, and for those less inclined to craft, there are books, a Brio train set, and a Playmobil castle to enjoy.
