Open Garden Afternoon for Children

Description

Together with the children/families, participants grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers, explore soil, and observe insects. After working in the garden, they prepare a snack with edible plants from the garden. The free event takes place in any weather; for rainy days, there is a cozy garden house. Children up to kindergarten age must be accompanied by an adult, from 1st grade independent visits are possible. For children using the offer without a companion, a one-time registration is required.
