Just as blues belong, folk or traditional music also belongs in Tübli Gersau. With the two Upper Schwyz natives Marcel Oetiker (Schwyzerörgeli) and Sepp Huber (double bass) as well as Toggenburg native Simon Lüthi (accordion & Schwyzerörgeli), three masters of their craft come to Gersau. The interplay between Oetiker and Lüthi, who have known each other since their youth but have only occasionally played together in recent years, is of a special magic. Both are characterized by an extremely intense engagement with this type of folk music from an early age. The atmosphere created from this sometimes almost feels like a time travel back to a nearly forgotten era. The audience, which can look forward to a special evening, will enjoy this. Because together with Sepp Huber's down-to-earth groove, the trio is simply unique. And the three do not even officially perform as a band. But if you ask them — as we have done — you can expect a performance. And we are very much looking forward to it.
