Born in 2005, pianist Martin Jaspard stands out for the rigor of his playing, his artistic curiosity, and an astonishing musical maturity. Winner of the Johannes Brahms International Competition in Detmold and several competitions in France and abroad, he establishes himself as a particularly promising soloist and chamber musician. Martin Jaspard is a member of the Jaroussky Academy 2025-2026, where he regularly works with Cédric Tiberghien, and is a laureate of the Safran Foundation. He is the Young Soloist Prize 2026 of the Francophone Public Media. This program, entirely dedicated to Beethoven, contrasts three emblematic sonatas: the elegance and formal variety of opus 26, the concentrated liveliness of opus 79, and the monumental architecture of the "Hammerklavier" sonata, the absolute summit of Romantic piano. Through this triptych, Martin Jaspard reveals a visionary Beethoven, between classical clarity, dramatic tension, and experimental audacity.
