NO CIGAR (NZ) The New Zealand indie rock band NO CIGAR from Auckland excites with a relaxed blend of soul, indie rock, and warm surf vibes. The five-piece formation around Willy Ferrier combines laid-back grooves with anthemic refrains and a noticeable DIY attitude – music that sounds like a road trip, sunset, and sweaty club concert all at once. Since their formation, the band has built a steadily growing international fan base with three studio albums and relentless touring – from New Zealand through Great Britain to the USA and Europe. Their shows are known for their unmistakable flow between coolness and explosive live dynamics. The album "Under The Surface," released in 2025, was mostly created in Chantilly, France, where the band rehearsed, wrote, and recorded during their European tour in 2023. The songs reflect the experiences of being on the road – between homesickness, wanderlust, and the search for what lies beneath the surface. The album was completed during the subsequent New Zealand tour with producer Connor Jaine. After sold-out tours in Great Britain and New Zealand, we are excited to welcome NO CIGAR to Switzerland for the first time in 2026!
