Night Hikes in Fiesch-Fieschertal

Description

Pure tradition! According to an old custom, 100 men gather in Fiesch every year on December 5 to drive the evil spirits out of the village with their Trichjen (cowbells) in a procession before the Santigläis (St. Nicholas) arrives! In the other communities of the Aletsch Arena, this custom is also observed, primarily by schoolchildren. The schedule for the procession will be announced as soon as possible.
