Description
Whether alpine cheese, homemade farm products, honey or wine - there is something culinary for everyone at the GenussMarkt. In November 2021, GenussMarkt had its premiere - and it was a great success with the public. For Conrad Wagner, there are several reasons for this: "On the one hand, interest in local products has increased enormously in the Corona years. On the other hand, it is precisely this demand that has made alpine cheese a rare and therefore all the more sought-after delicacy." Already last November, some alpine cheesemakers had to refrain from participating in the market because they had already sold out of the cheese they produced in the summer. "By expanding the range of products on offer, we are also meeting the increased demand from consumers," says Conrad Wagner. Tourism Stans as well as all alpine cheese makers and local producers are looking forward to your visit at the Nidwaldner GenussMarkt.
