Goals are the salt in the soup of life. They drive us forward, make us get up again and again, and sometimes even motivate us to grow beyond ourselves. They usually break our comfort zone and sometimes push us to the edge of the possible. When we choose goals correctly, they inspire and excite us. But not all goals are the same. It is important to distinguish between "carrot" goals and real: life goals. The former are always set from outside (even if we are sometimes unaware of it), the latter grow organically from within and are deeply connected to personality. Content Over two days, we go through a process in six steps that makes the inner landscape of goals visible and opens up new paths. -Diagnosis: What topics are current and how are they connected? -Reasons: What guiding motives run through my life? What drives me? -Panorama view of the central life motives and goals: What does my life look like in a really great way? What is particularly important now? -Discover and activate resources: What do I need to achieve my most important goal? -Summit view: What happens when I have achieved the goal? What are the immediate and far-reaching consequences? -Overview: All the insights we have gained are condensed into an overview. How are the individual aspects connected and what emerges once they are combined? Prerequisite Neurographik: Basic course attended Learning objectives In this course, we learn to deal with our life goals in a creative way and to set one of them out with enthusiasm. We expand our skills in this in-depth application of Neurographik, drawing our lives and expanding our repertoire of models.
