Introduction to the world of Neurographik. Solving internal restrictions opens up new possibilities for our lives. It allows us to progress in our lives, recognize new perspectives, and step by step break out of the comfort zone that blocks us. When we gain clarity and can recognize and name our restrictions, we are able to address changes to create something new and positive. In this course, we learn how to creatively resolve internal restrictions using the Neurographik method. We allow ourselves to recognize and utilize our own resources, visually reconsider our lives, and expand our possibilities to approach change positively, as well as learn to weave a new thought pattern about ourselves and what we truly want in life. In short, we create a new truth about ourselves. Content Method of Neurographik Neurographik is a young, creative, and visual transformation method based on scientific findings from neuropsychology and modern management strategies. It originates from Russia and was launched in 2014 by Prof. Dr. Pavel Piskarev, psychologist, architect, and artist. In Neurographik, specific neurographic algorithms are used to depict self-chosen themes on a pictorial-productive level in a form that enables deep and clarifying reflection. Therefore, the method is very suitable as a means of self-awareness, both for personal use and in the context of counseling or coaching.
