Under the baton of Marc Kissóczy, the argovia philharmonic opens the new year with a selection of operetta overtures, waltzes, and polkas. The concert also features Jenő Lisztes, a Hungarian cimbalom player, who brings his traditional instrument from Budapest to perform alongside the orchestra. The program includes works by Kálmán, Johann Strauss II, Lehár, Sarasate, Berlioz, Liszt, and Brahms, creating a festive and culturally rich celebration.
