Net Zero Walk

Description

The city of Zurich aims to become climate neutral by 2040. How is that supposed to work and where can you take action yourself? The walk through the city center leads along stations on the topics of buildings, mobility, consumption, circular economy, and nutrition. You will discover places where climate protection becomes visible. You will learn where many greenhouse gases are produced and which solutions help to reduce them. At the same time, you will get ideas on how you can contribute to climate protection with small changes in everyday life. The Net Zero Walk lasts two hours and is conducted by experts from the city of Zurich who are actively involved in the strategy and implementation to achieve the climate protection goals. Start: Campusplatz of the Zurich University of Teacher Education, Europaallee. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start. End: Kraftwerk Zurich, Selnaustrasse 25

General Information

The Net Zero Walk leads through the city center of Zurich and addresses climate protection measures.
