Description

A crackling fire and the illuminated Enzi Forest cast a cozy light on the Wiggernalp parking lot as guests are welcomed at 7:00 PM with a fine aperitif and herbal punch for the saga storytelling. Accompanied and equipped with storm lanterns, the group marches through the dark Enzi Forest, where after about 20 minutes, they are greeted by the saga narrators Rita and Nadja with a legend and a bubbling witch's soup. In the warm cabin of the Chrotthütte, guests learn about legendary tales such as how the Bärgmandli and the Türscht in the Chrachen and Gräben brought their misfortune. Most stories are tied to real places, and over the years, new incidents have been added. To strengthen body and mind, the saga narrators serve a bowl steak from the charcoal grill with potato gratin and vegetables. The saga night is crowned with Meräng ond Nidle and a legendary Goldsuecherkafi, ending before the ghost hour. Welcome and aperitif at 7:00 PM at the Wiggerenhütte parking lot (from Hergiswil village, 8 kilometers). Guided walk (about 20 minutes) with storm lanterns to the Chrotthütte.
