The restored 1474 Rathaus itself is a significant exhibit, with the attic dedicated to the Battle of Sempach and its cultural memory. The museum features modern media to enhance visitor engagement and highlights the stories of national hero Winkelried and evolving commemorations.

Located at Stadtstrasse 28, 6204 Sempach, Switzerland. Open from April 1 to October 31 during specified hours. Entry is free for members of the Museumsverein zum Rathaus and holders of Raiffeisen cards or museum passes. Standard admission for others is CHF 9.00 for adults, CHF 5.00 for children (6-16), CHF 7.00 for youth, students, and IV beneficiaries.
