MUMMENSCHANZ says “Adieu!” After 55 years of theater history, the Swiss mask theater company MUMMENSCHANZ bids farewell to its audience with the farewell tour “Adieu!”. Since 1972, the company has delighted people on all continents with its unique performance without words, music, or stage design – poetic, timeless, and universally understandable. The program “Adieu!”, compiled by Floriana Frassetto, brings together highlights from over five decades of MUMMENSCHANZ: iconic figures, quirky objects, and some new surprising images merge into an imaginative journey full of poetry, subtle comedy, and magic. A touching theater experience for all generations – and the last chance in Switzerland to experience a piece of living theater history live. The tour starts on December 3, 2026, in Zurich and runs through 25 theaters across Switzerland until the end of 2027. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
