Moving As A Giant Moving as a Giant is a noise/post-rock trio from Murska Sobota that has been active since 2022. Their sound is based on heavy synth lines and unconventional rhythmic structures, characterized by a strong preference for noise elements. The whole is held together by powerful, emotional, and at times vulnerable female vocals. In 2024, the band released their debut album through Kapa Records, solidifying their presence in the Slovenian independent scene. Since then, they have showcased their intense live program at festivals such as MENT, Druga Godba, and Changeover. "We would even go far as to say that their eponymous debut, which came out on Kapa Records last year, is one of the best things to have happened to the homegrown music scene in the last few years, with live performances to match." - Druga Godba Festival "Raw music without additives… subtle melodies and pure noise." - Borja Borka, Mladina The Black Veil The Black Veils were formed in 2014 from the absurd meeting of Alessandro Criscitiello (alias gregorsamsaestmort), Filippo Scalzo (Caron Dimonio), and Mario d’Anelli (European Ghost) in Bologna (Italy) and write furious, dark post-punk songs with visible joy. In their more than ten-year band history, The Black Veils have released three albums: Blossom (2015), Dealing with Demons (2017), and Carnage (2021). Between 2015 and 2024, the band tirelessly toured Europe (Italy, France, Germany, Bosnia...) and shared the stage with acts like Drab Majesty as well as good friends like The Foreign Resort, Je t’aime, and Geometric Vision. Gaslight, their fourth and brand new studio album, will be released on November 14, 2025, through the independent French label Icy Cold Records. It marks a significant turn towards electronica and offers ten apocalyptic songs full of dark humor and cinematic imagery. The music for a funeral is served.
