Mountain run Rinderberg - Zweisimmen

Description

On this day, the Rinderberg mountain run starts at 10:00 a. m. in Zweisimmen.
Runners cover 8 miles and 1111 meters of elevation gain with a wonderful mountain panorama. The Rinderberg mountain run takes the runner, at first flat, to the idyllic confluence of the Simmen, then back to the village and up to the Adler “Top of Rinderberg” 2078 m above sea level via hiking trails and autumn alpine meadows. The dreamlike view of the Bernese, Vaud, and Fribourg Alps rewards the finisher for all their efforts! The final ascent has the potential to give you the mountain running flow! Children’s run & youth run Earlier in the day, children and teenagers will start the Simmenlauf. A short distance of 1.45 km for children and 2.8 km for teenagers runs along the big and small Simme. Attention: The children's and youth run starts at 09:30 a. m. SiSa Cup: The Iffiglauf is part of the SiSa Cup racing series, which provides an overall ranking of the mountain races Iffiglauf, Rinderberglauf, and Arnenseelauf in the two categories of men and women. No separate registration is required for participation.
