Description
With «Strau$$», Mnozil Brass shows how close waltz fever and swing, high culture and pop are. For over thirty years, the seven virtuosos have effortlessly moved with sparkling wind instruments from Johann Strauss to Frank Sinatra, from Shostakovich to Prince, and from Schubert to Queen – with tongue-in-cheek humor and breathtaking precision. Their new program reveals the king of waltz from all sides and mixes brilliant brass playing with anarchic joy of playing. Between «Duidu, Duidu» and «Dudidubidu», they only have a bouncing dance step. The styles blend into each other until the boundaries dissolve joyfully. A furious musical theater that hits both the heart and diaphragm equally – and one you shouldn't miss. MNOZIL BRASS - 2026 live and exclusively in Zurich, Bern, and Lucerne!
