Description
🖤 Mexican Séance vol.3 – Día de los Muertos at the Old Crematorium 🖤 On October 31, 2026, the gates of the Old Crematorium at Sihlfeld Cemetery will open for our Mexican Séance for the third time. Beneath the watchful gaze of the Sphinx, cross the threshold and enter a night of remembrance – a night in which the boundaries between worlds become permeable. Join us on a spiritual journey into Día de los Muertos, inspired by Mexican traditions of remembrance, celebration, and connection with those who have passed. Within the unique atmosphere of the Old Crematorium, music, art, and ritual come together for a night filled with magic and transcendence. What awaits you: Altar in the Main Hall: A traditional Día de los Muertos altar, lovingly arranged and adorned with candles, flowers, and photographs to welcome the souls of the departed – a luminous place of remembrance, encounter, and connection beyond the boundaries of time.
Soundscapes: The captivating live music of Conjunto Media Luna (COL) and electrifying DJ sets by Luca Durán (COL/ZH) and Juan Caracol (CDMX) will accompany and carry you through the night – among pulsating rhythms, hypnotic sounds, and trance-like moments.
Art Performance: Artist and musician Nonni Dead (ISL; singer of Dead Skeletons) transforms the spaces of the Old Crematorium into a living ritual between this world and the next. Transition, transience, and return become an intense performative experience.
To stay hydrated, BEÚ Spirits invites you to discover handcrafted cocktails and carefully selected agave spirits at the Mezcal Bar. Ticket info:
Doors open at 7:00 pm. Capacity is strictly limited, and admission is only possible with a ticket purchased in advance. Secure your place and be part of a unique night between remembrance and the present, life and death, this world and the next.
