Description

Set in 14th-century Olten, 'Metzina' tells the story of Metzina Wächter, a healer and weather witch, amid a looming war and a fierce storm. The event features a reading by author Rebekka Salm, transporting attendees to a bygone era. Complementing the story, chef Andy Gysin creates a multi-course meal inspired by medieval ingredients, blending historical flavors with modern culinary techniques. The event includes mineral water, a glass of sparkling or white wine at the start, and the reading itself. Please note that wine during the meal is available separately. The event concludes around 3 PM at the Spittelschüür in Olten.
