For the fourth time, the ship erMarina in the port of Ermatingen transforms into a maritime Metzgete location. Under the direction of the ship's head chef, hearty specialties around the piglet are served à discrétion: blood and liver sausage, bratwurst, boiled pork, ribs, liver, breaded cutlet, along with delicious side dishes such as sauerkraut, rösti, boiled potatoes, and applesauce. Two locations offer individual atmospheres: rustic SeeChalet or elegant Salon Achtern. Additional dishes like leaf salad or plum compote complete the offer.
