Through yoga, pranayama, and meditation, we open your antennas. You will receive my knowledge and experiences from the light and the otherworlds, the cosmos. Through my guidance, you will learn to activate your antennas and benefit from this wonderful source of power. Through feeling and perception exercises, you will learn to trust yourself and your antennas, allowing the light and the cosmos to flow through you. I support you in connecting heaven with earth.

About 15 minutes from the village center lies the beautiful Lag de Breil, as it is affectionately called in Romansh. It is located at 1254 meters above sea level and invites you to idyllic, beautiful walks and hikes. E-bikes can also be rented at Hotel Alpina. Wellness enthusiasts will also find their joy in Brigels. The Hotel and Spa La Val is accessible on foot in 7 minutes, by car in 2 minutes from Hotel Alpina.
