We seem to live in a large pressure cooker.
It gets hotter. The pressure rises.
Let no one lift the lid. So we release steam.
In sound.
In language.
In air vortices and sound waves. The Carte Blanche Artists Marina Mello and Luca Koch have assembled two bands that improvise fresh, urgent, and powerful. They reach for words, drive them, decompose them, carry them further. The poems buzz. The music responds. We all hum along. Sound-cloud songs accumulate.
It hisses, crackles, beats, and pushes through the space. Fragments gather, condense, and dissolve again. No lid.
No valve.
Just two days of controlled loss of control.
