Smartphone, social media, and streaming services - they shape, connect, and challenge us at the same time. The workshop invites you to honestly reflect on your media usage and discover new ways for a more conscious handling of the smartphone.
The focus is on the direct reference to personal usage (by adults – parents): Participants compare their actual media time with their subjective perception, recognize psychological mechanisms behind smartphone fascination, and develop motivation to intentionally shape their behavior. It's not just about abstinence, but about mindfulness and self-determination. Personal goals and new routines support a healthy Umgang with digital media.
