The Mathias Landtwing Quartet fuses traditional Swiss folk, global influences, and jazz into a unique, contemporary musical language. Rooted in rural origins and inspired by urban trends, the band combines traditional elements with expressive, modern sounds. Since their debut EP in October 2024, they have quickly established themselves in the Swiss music scene, performing at major festivals including Lucerne Festival, Festival da Jazz St. Moritz, and Jazz & The City in Salzburg, marking their first international milestone. The band’s live performances are known for their energetic, diverse sound and distinctive musical style.
