The musician Martial In-Albon brings archaic alphorn sounds into the present with his work. The project was created when he recorded the "Miniatures" for his album "Alphorn Tunes" (2025) at the water reservoir Hünenberg in the Chnodenwald with over 45 seconds of reverb. Now, he brings this extraordinary music to the stage. In a combination of natural tone, electroacoustic composition, dance, and surround sound, an immersive performance unfolds that weaves together the past and the present. Martial In-Albon creates a connection to the moment, the place, the people, and the immediate vibrations of the moment through the timelessness of the sounds. The invisible becomes visible, the incomprehensible becomes tangible - in constant contact with the persistent interplay of space and time.
