Manu Delago – ReCycling Tour 2027 / Bodenseefestival 2027 - Cycling to the Stage

Description

Manu Delago, Handpans, drums, and electronics
Isa Kurz, vocals, violin, and piano
Alois Eberl, trombone and keyboard
Mimi Schmid, vocals and bass When Manu Delago embarks on his next ReCycling Tour in May 2027, the concert journey does not start in a van or nightliner – but on a bicycle saddle. Together with his ensemble, the internationally acclaimed percussionist and Grammy-nominated handpan pioneer begins in Innsbruck and rides through the Tyrolean Oberland and Vorarlberg around Lake Constance to Zurich. Along this route, they will perform concerts for three weeks – connected by a journey that links music, landscape, and sustainable travel.
The idea behind the ReCycling Tour is as simple as it is radical: a concert tour that moves entirely on its own power. All routes are traveled by bicycles, while instruments, technology, and stage equipment are transported in bike trailers.
Thus, a concert tour becomes an expedition through music, nature, and new forms of travel – and an invitation to think about how everyday life and sustainability can move together. Tickets: €29 This event is part of the Bodenseefestival.
