Description

Dechen, a renowned Swiss-Tibetan mantra singer and daughter of Tibetan Lama Dagsay Rinpoche, will guide participants through the powerful Tibetan mantra 'OM MANI PEME HUM' and its significance. The event includes a demonstration of the Jewel Dance, a simple Tibetan circle dance inspired by traditional elements, designed to complement the mantra practice. Attendees will experience the calming and healing vibrations of the mantra and learn basic steps of the Jewel Dance in a supportive environment.
