Making Pesto from Edible Wild Herbs (Bivio)

Description

In the lush mountain meadow, we focus on our surroundings and get to know plants from the region. From around 10 different plant species, we create our unique wild herb pesto. The finished pesto can be enjoyed at home as a spread, with boiled potatoes, or with pasta.
