LO PAN NER is the name of a cross-border festival in the Aosta Valley that focuses on the so-called "black" bread and its production. Since 2025, 15 bakeries from Valais have also participated. The Backhaus Oberwald will also open its doors on November 7 to bake traditional rye bread. Information:
