Liza Kos is a comedian, pronunciation coach, and motivational coach. In her new solo program Connected, the linguistic and musical all-round talent tells and sings about her life with and between three languages and cultures: German, Russian, and Turkish. With dry, sometimes coarse, and always clever humor, she builds bridges between Börek and Bockwurst, between Käppi and Kopftuch, between Rachen and Zungen-R. She connects peoples with punchlines and creates transitions where others see barriers. And suddenly you realize: the other side is not so far away after all. An evening of laughter, recognition, but also reflection – if there is still time between two punchlines.
