Description

A comedy about a young man from a provincial university who returns to Paris and creates various fictional tales about himself to gain the attention of Parisian ladies through stories of his wartime successes, wealth, and education. Unfortunately, he quickly becomes entangled in his own intrigues, and when he mistakenly mixes up the name of the girl he is trying to seduce, even a very skilled liar finds himself in trouble. This classic drama by Pierre Corneille will be performed by the NdB theater company, directed by Aminata Keita, at the Mahen Theatre.
