Description

1998, Baume-les-Messieurs. In this village in Jura, seven teenagers share the turbulence of their first desires. Students in music and dance classes, they search for themselves until the arrival of a teacher, as passionate as it is ambiguous, comes to crack their world. Twenty years later, the group reunites to face what remains: fragmented memories, persistent silences, and traces left by this pivotal period. Faithful to its stage writing, the Collectif Bajour creates a theater of 'us' and the present. In a realistic setting with dreamlike escapes, the performers compose a vibrant, comic, and unpretentious fresco, navigating between the intensity of adolescence and the brutal intrusion of a dark veil. With raw sincerity, this youth, as troubled as it is radiant, takes the stage, driven by an insatiable thirst for truth. A show that is both funny and serious, which delicately explores the healing power of friendship in the face of the unspeakable. This performance deals with sensitive subjects related to sexual violence and includes a suggested scene, without explicit depiction.
