Description

For their third stage program, Lauter Luisen have set surprising literary material to music - modern poetry by Kurt Marti, Hilde Domin, and Rose Ausländer as well as playful anagrams by Anna Isenschmid and Heini Gut.
The texts touch and drift into the absurd, the instruments respond leisurely and mischievously; the spoken word fits perfectly into the unconventional ensemble. Poetic accordion, rapid beinxylophone, pulsating conga, and trilling euphonium tell of nightmares, life wisdom, or a spring awakening. Lyrical loops are translated into musical images; playful tunes greet the Dadaist from afar.
