The Langlauf Opening in Pontresina stands for cross-country skiing fun, lessons in small groups, and attractive additional services. With its prime altitude of 1800 m above sea level, Pontresina offers the best conditions for ideal snow conditions in early winter. From the end of November, the first kilometers of trails are already available. On the 3.3 km long and snow-covered circular trail Cuntschet, both sporty enthusiasts and leisure cross-country skiers will find the perfect terrain for the first kilometers of the season. Course dates Course 1: Saturday 28.11. to Tuesday 01.12.2026 Course 2: Wednesday 02.12. to Saturday 05.12.2026 Services - Welcome event at the Congress and Culture Center Rondo, Pontresina (on arrival day) - Cross-country skiing lessons for beginners and advanced in various skill groups - 3 x 2 hours of instruction (Course 1 Sat to Tue / Course 2 Wed to Sat) - Daily stretching - Hotel accommodation with half board in the hotel of your choice - Framework program: snowshoe hike or wildlife observation - Candle making demonstration Rental equipment Top rental skis with shoes and poles for 3 days: Classic: CHF 65.- Skating: CHF 80.-
