Description

The legendary trumpeter, who has lived in the USA for many years, is coming back to the Czech Republic, and one of the stops on his tour will be the Jazz Dock in Prague! Since his entry into the professional music scene over fifty years ago, Laco Deczi has been its enfant terrible, and the mark of exceptionality has remained with him to this day. Despite the then-dominant West Coast jazz, he began to promote explosive hard bop, inspired by his great idol Clifford Brown. This style he later combined into an impressive symbiosis with the electric jazz-rock fusion of Miles Davis, in the spirit of which Deczi's music continues to unfold today.
