This Kundalini Breathwork session is dedicated to exploring the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara), fostering inner connection, expanded awareness, and spiritual insight. Through breath, movement, and energy work, participants reconnect with their bodies and inner landscapes, moving emotions and strengthening their spiritual bonds. The session includes an introduction for newcomers, guided breathwork, and integration, all within a trauma-sensitive space designed to activate natural inner strength.
