Relationships that Hold Me 21.10.2026 When we connect more with ourselves, we begin to perceive the relationships around us differently. Each of us is part of many relationships – romantic, familial, friendly, and professional. Some give us strength, a sense of security, and joy. Others can drain us, hold us back, or evoke doubts. In this Circle, we will pause together and examine who and what truly holds us in life. We will explore which relationships we want to consciously strengthen, where we need to set healthier boundaries, and how we can build deeper connections not only with others but also with ourselves. Together, we will remind ourselves that quality relationships are not a given, but one of the greatest sources of life force, support, and joy.
