The sixth edition of the noble run through the castle park will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Organizer: www.kros-hradek.cz Follow updates primarily on the Facebook page of this event. Venue: Hrádek u Nechanic, castle grounds. Vehicle parking: Parking lot by the castle, about 200 meters from the race center. Free for race participants (report to the staff). Courses: Men, Women, Pairs: 4 miles or 2 miles steeplechase (approximately 6.4 km or 3.2 km). GPS track link: will be added. Children: 900 yards (approximately 800 meters) around the castle building. Surface: Park and forest paths, grass, several natural obstacles. Kros Hrádek - track 2022. Courses: Men, Women, Pairs: 4 miles or 2 miles steeplechase (approximately 6.4 km or 3.2 km). Surface: Park and forest paths, grass, several natural obstacles. Schedule: 8:30 - 9:45 AM Registration, sign-ups. 10:00 Start for children in mass start. 10:30 Individual starts at 15-second intervals. The first to run are the 2-mile category, followed by pairs, then the 4-mile category. The start list with start times will be published no later than 24 hours before the start. 12:30 Estimated announcement of winners (may be delayed according to the finish of the runners). Categories: 4 miles, 2 miles: Men under 39 years (born 1987 and younger) Men 40 years and older (1986 and older) Women under 39 years (born 1987 and younger) Women 40 years and older (1986 and older) Relay of any pairs 2x2 miles (each runs 1 lap, handover in the start and finish area) 900 yards: Boys, Girls - mass race for children at 900 yards - will be specified. Sign-ups: a) online on the race website until October 10, 2026 b) on the race day during registration (maximum of 10 numbers available!!!) Registration is valid only after payment of the entry fee. Race capacity: 200 starting numbers. Children's race: 50 CZK. Main race: Until June 30, 2026 - 250 CZK. Until September 27, 2026 - 300 CZK. After September 27, 2026 - 350 CZK. On-site - 400 CZK. Payment by bank transfer to account 2200400104/2010 (FIO banka) (in the message for the recipient, please include the names of paying runners with their year of birth). Payment for multiple runners at once is possible. A pair is considered as 1 starting number. The registration fee includes: Race organization, drink at the finish, medical service, parking. Results: Will be published online. Refreshments: After finishing at the finish line. Changing facilities: A newly covered area of the castle corridor 30 meters from the start will be available. Here you can also leave your belongings during the race. Note: Everyone participates at their own risk. The race takes place without restrictions on castle and forest traffic, and runners are required to follow the instructions of the organizers, castle management, and all relevant regulations. The race takes place in nature and in a noble residence, so behavior must be appropriate; it is prohibited to damage the environment in any way. Persons under 18 years may only participate with confirmation from parents, coach, etc.

The sixth edition of the Kros na Hrádku will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at the castle grounds in Hrádek u Nechanic. Participants can choose between 4-mile and 2-mile steeplechase courses, with a special 900-yard race for children.
