We collect, eat, listen, and enjoy together.
The herb hike around the restaurant takes place from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
In the afternoon, we hike, find native wild herbs, and process the collected treasures into culinary delicacies or tinctures.
Each participant will have 2 finished products to take home at the end of the day.
