Cello virtuoso Jiří Bárta and his family will visit Litovel The Municipal Club of Litovel invites all classical music enthusiasts to a special concert that will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Concert Hall of the Municipal Club. As part of the autumn program of the Circle of Friends of Music, one of the most significant Czech cellists of today, Jiří Bárta, will perform for the Litovel audience. This exceptional evening will have a very personal atmosphere, as the renowned artist will perform together with his talented children – his son Josef Bárta, who also plays the cello, and his daughter Ayla Bárta, who is dedicated to playing the piano. Jiří Bárta has been at the top of his field for decades, performing on leading world stages and is known for his captivating interpretation. He has successfully passed on his musical talent to the next generation, which is already following in his footsteps at a professional level. Concert attendees can look forward to a diverse program composed of works by both classical and modern composers. The program is arranged very dynamically and will offer brilliant solo performances by young interpreters, as well as energetic duos and family pieces full of absolute mutual harmony.
