Description

"You will never know what it is like until it happens to you." Yes is yes. No is no. Or is it? Two friends stand against each other in court as the legal representatives of the prosecution and defense. The unclear case of rape does not personally concern them, and as professionals, it should not affect them. The key witness is a woman whose life and world are far removed from theirs. But is it completely impossible that something similar could happen to them? When they take off their robes and come home, do they have nothing to hide? A tragicomedy about how difficult it is to recognize boundaries (not only) in sex and to seek support and justice (not only) in court. About how we cannot be sure of anything, especially not of ourselves. About how we subtly rape each other, compel each other for various reasons, bend, make compromises, and perhaps do not even realize it. And about how the truth can have multiple versions and yet not be lies.
