Description

KODDER is the new band of Friedemann, the singer and co-founder of COR. A punk rock trio consisting of Stefanie Bass/vocals, Arthur drums, and Friedemann guitar/vocals. It is about the idea of uncompromising direct music and clear stance in lyrics and band ethos. About independence and being 'non-conformist', 'swimming against the tide', and not letting oneself be bent, no matter who it is from. All outdated traits in a conformist world where even subculture has found its place as a styled and commercialized movement. A time for anger, a time to vent, a good time for KODDER. Straightforward rough sound and lyrics without double meanings and stadium rock self-satisfaction phatos characterize the first 15 songs of the debut to be released in spring 2025. In autumn 2024, a 3-song EP will be released as a teaser via Weird Sounds Records.
