Description

Knöppel have been a staple in the Swiss music scene for roughly ten years. In 2023, they released their third album, "Sex Jazz Scheisse," which is characterized by pretending to be a (somewhat primitive) one-trick pony. The endeavor is so unseriously rough and varied that we like to pretend we believe it. The album might not be as good as their debut "Hey Wichsers," but at least as good as their second work "Faszination Glied." In other words: the band remains consistently bad. After a weekend of pounding with a rolling pin, the album (again) sounds like a debut album – in both good and bad ways, but mostly in a good way. The trio has evolved, with more ambitious songwriting, rougher craftsmanship, and lyrics that are always absolutely unnecessary but funny and occasionally quite clever. Together with old hits like "Prada," "Dä hät mi ghaue dä Wichser," "Schüga," or "Glied," this sets the perfect stage for a lively rock'n'roll evening full of mindfulness and harmony. True to tradition, the evening is opened by the duo Jack Stoiker. Summer Casino Ticket Policy:
