During this climbing week on the Mettmen Alp, we spend every day in the oldest wildlife protection area in Europe. On the Mettmen Alp, there is one of the most beautiful climbing gardens in Eastern Switzerland. In the Naturfreundehaus, we have a cozy, rustic accommodation in a dreamlike location. What's exciting on the program? Basics of climbing; bouldering and learning the basic climbing techniques; building a cable car together; abseiling; swimming fun in Lake Mettmen; helping with hut chores; delicious food; cozy get-together.
