During the "Classroom Gastro," students of Oberstufenzentrum Mühlematt cook and serve a 4-course menu at Restaurant Gurtners. The young people take responsibility for an evening with support from the restaurant's vocational trainers. The menu is prepared, plated, and served by the next generation. Menu: Cold appetizer *** Soup *** Optional main course with meat or vegetarian *** Dessert The ticket price includes mineral water. Excludes other beverages. Program: - 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Students learn about gastronomy and prepare for the evening service - from 6:30 PM: Guests arrive.
