Classroom Gastro of the Upper School at Manuel School

During "Classroom Gastro," students from Manuel School cook and serve a 4-course menu at Restaurant Gurtners. The teenagers take responsibility for an evening with support from the restaurant's vocational trainers. The menu is prepared, plated, and served by the young people. Menu: Cold appetizer *** Soup *** Optional main course with meat or vegetarian *** Dessert The ticket price includes mineral water. Excludes other beverages. Program: - 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM: The students learn about gastronomy and prepare for the evening service - from 6:30 PM: They as guests arrive. The students cook and serve that evening - from 10 PM: End of service by the students - 11:45 PM: Last ride of the Gurtenbahn The special: - The students gain an authentic insight into gastronomy professions - By participating as guests, you support the students in their career choice and enable an authentic experience in a protected environment Location: At Restaurant Gurtners, Gurten – Park in the Green
