You lie down, close your eyes, and don't have to turn off your mind or be particularly mindful or do anything 'right'. I will guide you through a meditation with my voice. The sounds and vibrations of various singing bowls and instruments accompany you and create space to relax and focus on a theme. Maybe you meditate regularly. Maybe you think during meditation: I can't do that. Both are perfectly okay. By the way, your thoughts don't have to disappear — they can just come along. 😉 The themes of the next sound meditations: September 26 – Letting go

Connected with yourself and everything. The sound meditation is aimed at adults from 18 years old. The group is intentionally small and limited to a maximum of 5 people to create a calm and personal atmosphere. You sit or lie comfortably on a mat during the meditation — whatever feels good for you. Mats, blankets, and everything you need to relax are available on site. Just come in comfortable clothing. The practice is barrier-free accessible. If lying on the ground is not possible or comfortable for you, please contact me in advance so we can find a suitable solution. Duration: 60 minutes
