Description
"Sounds of the North" is a choral concert that combines Nordic a cappella choral music with improvised sound dialogues and visual staging. The choir XANG interprets works from Scandinavia, which are picked up by the duo "duodendron" (Linus Amstad & Jonas Inglin) with saxophone and trombone and continued with free improvisations. Additionally, young people from the Children's and Youth Theater Zug will create aesthetic tableaux vivants. Song texts and moods are made physically visible. A dense world of sound and images is created - entirely according to the motto of our choir: Touch and Surprise.
