Description

The course works exclusively with Claude's chat in the browser, i.e., the normal input of requests; other Claude applications are not part of the course. Over two evenings, you will formulate your own requests, critically review the answers, and practice typical tasks from everyday and private life. Theory is kept brief; the course lives from practical exercises on your own notebook. - What Claude is and how it differs from a search engine

• Setting up an account with Anthropic, getting to know the interface
• Writing first requests and understanding answers
• Formulating good prompts: ask clearly, provide context, specify format
• Exercise: summarizing, translating, rephrasing texts
• Writing aid: creating letters, emails, templates
• Creating lists, tables, and checklists
• Uploading and evaluating images and PDFs
• Limits and risks: recognizing hallucinations, checking sources, data protection
• Tips for everyday life after the course Target group: private individuals and AI enthusiasts without prior knowledge who want to understand and use Claude sensibly. Requirements:

Confident handling of computer, mouse, keyboard, and browser
Own email address and mobile phone for SMS verification at login Please bring:

• Own notebook (Windows or Mac), fully charged, with current browser, note-taking material of choice
