Candle Making and Encounters

Description

Making candles together, engaging in conversation, and creating new encounters. During the Action Month Against Racism, we set a sign for openness, respect, and good coexistence. In the act of making candles together, people of different origins, generations, and life stories meet. In a cozy atmosphere, conversations, new contacts, and mutual understanding arise. Over coffee and cake, there is time for encounters, exchange, and appreciative togetherness. Because diversity connects – and personal encounters help to break down prejudices.

General Information

The event takes place at the leisure workshop in Pfäffikon ZH and promotes encounters between people of different origins. As part of the Action Month Against Racism, a space for exchange and understanding is created.
